A woman filmed a terrifying encounter in Union last week when a man stalked her through the park and shouted that he’d “knock her f–king teeth out” and “slit her throat.”
The woman, who posted the encounter on TikTok, was walking away from the man and filming over her shoulder as he threatened her.
“I don’t feel safe because this grown man is following me,” she says to the camera as the video starts.
“And I got you on camera, that you keep following me,” she says to the man. “And if you do something…”
“B— I’ll knock you out, how about that?” the man responds as he walks faster to keep up.
“B—- I’ll knock your f—ing teeth out, I’ll slit your f—ing throat, how about that?”
The video ends with the man continuing to follow her.
The threatening incident comes at a time when rapes and robberies are up in the city, a fact to which the woman alludes in a follow-up video post.

“I was on my phone scrolling, and each time I look up, he’s looking at me,” the woman told her followers. “Then he goes, ‘Ma’am are you ok?’ and I was like, ‘Who me? Yeah I’m ok.'”
The man stood up, and the woman got scared.
“Something told me to get up and start walking and don’t look back,” she said.
“I was really paranoid,” she said in the follow-up post. “Because imagine being chased by a man, with rape cases going on.”

Rape is up 26.5 percent in the city compared to this time last year; and robberies are up 33 percent, according to police data.
Major crime increased in the month of January, largely driven by felony assaults and car theft.
Despite the uptick in crime, murders are down citywide, with a homicide rate of less than one per day.
