Snow worries.
That was the message from the 2014 Super Bowl host committee yesterday when it unveiled its logo centered around a blue and white snowflake in front of the George Washington Bridge.
The likely forecast of championship game-day conditions sits between “NY” and “NJ” in the blue- and green-hued logo for the game at MetLife Stadium in New Jersey.
The organizers are tempting fate for the game, which will be the first outdoor Super Bowl in a potentially snowy locale. “The world will be waiting for us to probably screw up on this, because this is the first cold-weather Super Bowl,” Jet owner Woody Johnson said at a kickoff breakfast at The Modern, inside the Museum of Modern Art.
