Even the well-to-do are using Airbnb to make a quick buck.

A former nightclub promoter and hedge funder has allegedly been renting out part of his two-bedroom luxury pad to “tourists and other transient visitors,” a landlord claims in a Manhattan Supreme Court lawsuit filed last week.

David Jaffee, 31, whom a blog once listed as one of the “Top 10 Most Hated People in New York Nightlife,” has been using his $6,550-per-month apartment at 301 E. 47th St. “as an illegal hotel,” landlord Embassy House East LLC charges.

Despite a lack of fire exits, Jaffee has been advertising his home for short-term rental on Airbnb and other sites for nearly a year, which “significantly disturbs” the building’s other tenants, Embassy House claims.

Jaffee said he hasn’t been renting out his pad.
