U.S. Customs and Border Protection officials on Wednesday announced the arrest of 27-year-old Marco Antonio Miranda-DeJesus.

Border Patrol agents in the downtown El Paso area on Monday night saw a man run north from the border with Mexico and rappel off a bridge. Agents caught the man following a brief foot chase.
