The family of a 39-year-old man with a head injury who wandered out of a New Jersey hospital on a near-freezing day nearly two weeks ago is pleading for help.

Michael Murphy walked out of Cooper University Trauma Center sometime on Jan. 9 and was last seen in Camden, NJ, around 3:15 p.m. near Ninth and State streets, according to his family.

Murphy had been treated for a skull fracture, family members posted to Facebook.

His fiancee, Cori Alatna, posted that she was “feeling lost” last week in an emotional — yet hopeful — appeal for help from her friends to pick her up and drive her around Camden to look for her missing hubby.

“I would go by myself if I had a car or take an Uber there, but I don’t have the resources right now,” she wrote.

“It’s still early in the day and the weather is nice, I know it’s a long-shot, but I believe in miracles.”

The temperature just ticked above freezing the day he went missing — but the mercury dipped into the low-20s at night, according to the Accuweather.

Police say Murphy may appear disoriented after leaving without being discharged and has no identification on him. He was reported missing on Jan. 14, according to authorities who released photos of the man and his tattoos.

It was unclear what landed Murphy in the hospital.

“Please keep sharing Michael Murphy’s story until we find him!” a woman who identified herself as Murphy’s cousin posted on Monday.
