Mayor Bloomberg is in no rush to ban rush-hour traffic in Central Park.

“We’ve done studies. If you did not allow cars in the park during rush hour, the rest of the city streets would be overloaded, and it would create an awful lot of traffic jams,” the mayor said yesterday on his weekly radio show.
