A Brooklyn federal judge denied bail yesterday to Colombo crime family scion Michael Persico.

Persico, whose father, Carmine “The Snake” Persico, and brother Alphonse “Allie Boy” Persico are both serving life sentences for racketeering, was charged with shaking down a Ground Zero contractor and taking over a Brooklyn furniture store. In denying bail, Judge Sandra Townes noted his organized-crime links and that he “directs the acts of violent men.”
