Attorneys for the hotel maid who says she was sexually assaulted by former International Monetary Fund leader Dominique Strauss-Kahn say he doesn’t have immunity from a civil lawsuit filed against him.
According to papers filed yesterday, “The IMF is not seeking to assert any immunities on behalf of Dominique Strauss-Kahn.’’
They added that he’d be covered only if he was carrying out official duties.
“And that doesn’t apply in this case.”
