Manhattan prosecutors have held off — at least for now — on indicting a pair of now-lawyered-up Swedish tourists busted after a 19-year-old Texas woman accused them of sexually molesting her on Saturday night at the W Hotel.

The supposedly sex-crazed Swedes came to court in pricey-looking business suits and on the heels of their pricey-in-fact defense lawyers — including an associate for Ben Brafman, the lawyer who helped win freedom for another out-of-towner with hotel sex troubles, Dominique Strauss-Kahn.

“The DA’s office is working very quickly on an investigation and I do believe that at the end of that investigation the charges will be dismissed,” Brafman associate Andrea Lynn Zellan told a Manhattan Criminal Court judge on behalf of her client, Niklas Adalberth, 30.

Adalberth is accused of straddling the woman’s body and ripping off her clothes during the alleged assault in a room at the swanky hotel at Lexington Avenue and East 50th St.

Co-defendant Jens Saltin, 31, accused of joining in ripping the young woman’s clothes off and fondling her. He has retained Scott Splittgerber of Bachner & Associates, a firm that often partners with Brafman’s on big co-defendant cases.

The pair, who were arrested two hours after the incident, have been charged so far with felony sex abuse and remain free on $10,000 bail each.

The two men are executives with the Stockholm-based e-commerce company Klarna.

They are back in court Feb. 24, when they will be told if they are indicted, cleared, or the investigation is continuing.
