PHILADELPHIA — Juan Rodriguez, who ran naked during a rally for President Barack Obama in an attempt to win $1 million, remained a free man today after avoiding punishment for the stunt, the Philadelphia Inquirer reported.

The 24-year-old Staten Island resident was given 24 months probation at a short trial in Philadelphia arranged to rule on his high profile streak through Germantown, Penn.

Municipal Court Judge Lydia Y. Kirkland denied prosecutors’ request for a three- to 23-month prison sentence for indecent exposure, open lewdness and disorderly conduct.

The unemployed Rodriguez was denied the $1 million reward when the billionaire internet mogul behind the promotion, Alki David, ruled he was not seen by the president during his mad dash during the Oct. 12 event last year.

David later paid the cheeky runner $100,000 for his trouble.

Rodriguez told reporters he ran naked to help pay for his sister’s hospital bills and provide for his three children.
