Manhattan prosecutors will to let the mother who threw her 19-month-old daughter in the Hudson River last year plead not guilty by reason of insanity, under a no-jail deal.

Devi Silvia would be committed to a state psychiatric center for at least six months, after which she’d be re-evaluated for possible release, officials said yesterday.
