Disgraced former top cop Bernard Kerik will remain behind bars for now, an appeals judge ruled late yesterday.

Federal Judge Reena Raggi denied an emergency motion to spring the ex-NYPD commissioner from the Westchester County Jail, but scheduled another hearing for Thursday.

Kerik’s $500,000 bond was revoked Wednesday by a judge who said Bernard tried to taint his jury pool by sharing sealed court records with a lawyer pal who allegedly leaked them to the media.
