No mercy for Kruger: feds
The feds yesterday urged a judge to reject crooked ex-state Sen. Carl Kruger’s plea for leniency because he was soliciting bribes at the same time other corrupt pols were being sent to prison.
The Manhattan federal court filing cites the cases of Brian McLaughlin, Anthony Seminerio, Efrain Gonzalez and Miguel Martinez, all of whom were locked up while Kruger was peddling his influence in Albany.
