The mentally disturbed man who was found naked near the site where jogger Karina Vetrano was slain has been charged with public lewdness and disorderly conduct, cops said.

Matthew Fox, 47, was found wandering the marshy woods in Howard Beach late Tuesday night a short distance from where Vetrano’s body was recovered on Aug. 2, according to police.

Police discovered Fox — who was ranting and raving about his genitals — around 11 p.m. near 161st Avenue.

It is not likely that Fox is connected to the sexual assault and homicide of the 30-year-old Vetrano, though the investigation is ongoing, police said.
