A nursing assistant at a New Jersey medical facility has been accused of sexually assaulting a disabled man in his care, according to a report.

Rodney Mills, 53, was charged with aggravated criminal sexual contact and endangering the welfare of a disabled person for his alleged assault of the patient at the Rochelle Park facility on Sept. 27, according to northjersey.com.

“The Rochelle Park Police Department received information that (Mills) intimately touched a disabled person and had that person intimately touch him,” Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella said in a statement.

The prosecutor did not name the facility.

Mills was arrested in Rochelle Park on Tuesday and taken to the Bergen County Jail, where he was being held without bond.

He was arrested after an investigation by the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office’s Special Victims Unit and Rochelle Park police, officials said.
