The traffic cop City Councilman Daniel Halloran accused of driving like a maniac and writing unjust tickets is now suing him, his chief-of-staff and the city for $2 million.
Daniel Chu, who was reassigned to a desk job in the towing unit following the incident last June, says Halloran and staffer Dennis Ring slandered him in retribution for a ticket he refused to fix, the Queens lawsuit states.
