It’s off to Bellevue for the off-his-rocker hedge-funder accused of bullying his trendy cookbook-author wife.

Multimillionaire Paul Greenwald, 61, is so out of it, a panel of court-appointed shrinks said this week, that he can’t even assist in his own defense.

He was transferred to Bellevue hospital’s jail ward Tuesday, deemed too sick to knowingly plead not guilty to the seven counts of felony criminal contempt brought against him by a Manhattan grand jury earlier this month.

He’s accused of repeatedly harassing his wife, Michelle Greenwald, 56, author of the popular “The Magic Melting Pot” cookbook.
