The seedy lair of convicted sex cult leader Keith Raniere hasn’t just been seized by the government — it’s also been condemned.

While Raniere once used the so-called “Executive Library” at 8 Hale Drive in upstate Halfmoon to bed his sex slaves and keep his child porn, the townhouse now sits in abandoned squalor, following extensive water damage from a broken water pipe, according to public records.

“There is water damage throughout,” reads the report, which also notes the unsettling presence of a hot tub and sauna.

A recent visit to the property by the Post revealed a shuttered windows and a broken screen door marked with a red placard. It was declared a public hazard and sealed on January 30, 2019.

Raniere, who was convicted Wednesday on sex trafficking, racketeering, and other charges, spent much of his time in the library, which featured a bed suspended over the hot tub in addition to academic materials.

Multiple sex slaves testified they had sexual encounters with him in the second-floor study, while the first floor of the property remained unfinished.

The Justice Department moved to seize 8 Hale — in addition to other Nxivm properties, such as the home of “Smallville” actress Allison Mack — earlier this month as part of preliminary forfeiture.

Raniere’s sentencing is scheduled for Sept. 25. He faces up to life behind bars.
