A 3-year-old boy was maimed by a mannequin, a lawsuit claims.

The toddler, identified only as “ZK,” was with his mom and dad shopping in Macy’s at the Green Acres Mall in Valley Stream, LI, when he tugged on the 6-foot-tall male dummy.

Because it was not secured to its base, the mannequin fell and hit the boy in the face, alleges a lawsuit filed this week in Manhattan Supreme Court.

Three years later, the marks on the boy’s forehead and nose are still visible, the family’s attorney, Michael Brumer, told The Post.

“We were told by a security guard that it’s not the first time those mannequins have tipped over,” he added.

The lawsuit filed by the father, Atalla Khalaf, seeks unspecified damages.

Macy’s did not immediately respond to requests for comment.

Mannequin-related injuries have spawned numerous lawsuits over the years, including a woman in Westmoreland, Ohio who sued Men’s Warehouse in 2019 after a tuxedo-clad mannequin fell on her head, causing a concussion, TribLIVE reported.

A woman in Westminster, Calif., sued JC Penney in 2006 after a department store dummy fell on her head, leaving her with a bloodied scalp and cracked tooth, the LA Times reported.
