New York hookers, jiggle joints and other businesses are the latest victims of Washington budget politics.

The big Navy ships that bring thousands of free-spending sailors and tourists to Times Square during Fleet Week will stay at sea this year, thanks to defense spending cuts forced by a budget feud between President Obama and Congress.

Only local Navy and Coast Guard units will show up for this year’s Fleet Week, scheduled for May 23 to 30, said Navy spokeswoman Beth Baker.

The big Florida- and Virginia-based ships that usually dock on the West Side and Staten Island won’t participate — meaning less business for Midtown strip clubs, shops and eateries.

“I’m angry about it. We still have to pay the rent,” said Marcus Rodriguez, a host at Bubba Gump Shrimp Co. in Times Square.
