FARMINGDALE, N.Y. — Police on Long Island have learned the identity of a bicyclist who was struck and killed by a car.
Nassau County police say 14-year-old Bryan Enriquez of Farmingdale was riding a blue bicycle with the word “DYNO” in neon green on it Sunday evening in Farmingdale. He was struck at the intersection of Route 109 and Staples Street and pronounced dead about a half hour later.
The driver remained at the scene. No charges were filed.
