OLD WESTBURY, N.Y. — A 16-year-old Long Island boy is accused of making 19 false fire emergency calls to various agencies.

Police say Pavel Tchigirinski of Old Westbury allegedly made the calls in and outside Nassau County between July 14 and Monday.

He was charged with numerous counts of falsely reporting an incident and reckless endangerment.

It’s not immediately clear if the teenager had a lawyer.
