A female Greyhound Bus worker was viciously stabbed by a deranged New Jersey woman at the Port Authority Bus Terminal in Manhattan just as Tuesday morning’s rush was kicking off, according to police.
Horrified bystanders saw Angelle Thompson, 35, of Somerville standing over her helpless and terrified 25-year-old victim — clutching a blood-soaked blade, Port Authority officials and sources told The Post.
Thompson — who may have been involved in a previous dispute with her victim — is now facing attempted murder, assault and weapons possession charges.

“That’s crazy,” Lakira Boston, a childhood friend of the victim, told The Post. “She’s not problematic. Honestly, I’ve seen people arguing and she defused the situation. She is definitely a peacemaker in my eyes.
“Whatever it is, it shouldn’t have come to this,” Boston, 42, said of the dispute that allegedly sparked the attack. “I know [the victim] since she was five years old. She’s a beautiful girl.”
The victim, whose name is being withheld, posted her frustration with transit passengers on her TikTok page last week, writing that she was “pissed off with these passengers in NY.”
Meanwhile, Thompson was awaiting arraignment Wednesday.
