It won’t be enough to make a snowman, but New York City could see snow for the first time in 10 months this weekend.

The Big Apple hasn’t seen snow since March 7, which brought in a measly 0.1 inches, and hasn’t seen an inch fall in one day since February 2022 – nearly two years ago.

But this weekend, the five boroughs, Long Island, and the Jersey Shore could see up to an inch of snow.

However, don’t pull the sleds out just yet, as these areas will more than likely see rain with a mix of snow, a Fox Weather spokesperson told The Post Thursday.

The snow will mainly affect areas North and West of the city.

North Jersey, Connecticut, and the Lower Hudson Valley could see six or more inches of snow, according to the Fox Weather spokesperson.

But fear not, snow is not entirely out of the cards as storm patterns are forming over the coming weeks, Fox Weather said.

The spokesperson told The Post that the city will “definitely see snow at some point this winter.”

“It’s only a matter of time,” he said.

This weekend’s storm will develop along the Gulf Coast Friday, creating an area of low pressure between Houston and New Orleans that will travel up the East Coast, according to Fox Weather.

At least 20 states are expected to see heavy rain, snow, and ice and the East Coast and I-95 corridor could see travel disruptions, the publication said.

The Gulf Coast can expect heavy rain and possible flash flooding from Texas to the Florida Panhandle on Friday.

Heading into Saturday, the Atlanta area can expect high wind gusts and heavy rain. The Ohio Valley and the Central Appalachians will see snow, while North Carolina and Virginia near the Blue Ridge Mountains will see freezing rain, Fox Weather reported.

Snow will arrive in the North around Sunday, with parts of New York, Pennsylvania, New England, and New Jersey experiencing heavy snow and wind gusts.

As the afternoon rolls in, the storm will gradually wind down, the outlet reported.
