A deli worker was shot and killed by a man in a HAZMAT suit during an apparent robbery in Manhattan on Friday night, police said.

The 67-year-old man was shot in the head inside of Doana Gourmet Deli on the corner of East 81st Street and Third Avenue on the Upper East Side around 11:30 p.m., cops said.

The victim was declared dead at the scene, police said.

The suspect, who was wearing a hazmat suit and a mask, fled the scene on a scooter southbound on Third Avenue, police said.
