The pooch-napper, who is being sought by police, nabbed the 6-year-old cream-colored toy poodle, “Teddy,” from a car parked on Walker Street near Baxter Street in Chinatown at about 7:25 p.m. on Dec. 1, cops said.

Teddy’s owner, 28-year-old Fifi Ho, had gone into a restaurant with her boyfriend to get something to eat when the thief struck, Ho said.

Since Teddy was taken, it’s been like a “nightmare” for her, Ho said.

“I couldn’t sleep well. I couldn’t eat well. He’s my child. He’s my everything,” she said, adding that she will pay a $2,000 reward if he is returned.

“For six years, I’ve really treated him like my baby. He is a cousin to my niece and nephew. It shattered my world basically,” she added.

The suspect was last seen carrying off Teddy in his dog carrier, authorities said.

He was wearing a black jacket, black pants and black and white sneakers.
