Early voting ahead of New York City’s primary election, which kicked off last Saturday, shows that more than 18,000 registered voters checked in at the polls.
Voters in four of the five boroughs cast 18,293 ballots ahead of the June 27 primary, according to the cumulative unofficial tally from the city Board of Elections filed Tuesday.
Queens bested the group with 5,616 ballots submitted, followed by 4,987 in Brooklyn, 4,558 in Manhattan and just 3,132 votes cast in The Bronx.
