A 34-year-old city firefighter was arrested early Saturday morning on charges of drunk driving in Staten Island, police said.
Brian Duggan was charged with driving while intoxicated, driving while impaired by alcohol and refusal to take a breath test.
He was arrested at about 4:25 a.m., police said.
