A Queens man stole the identity of his dying uncle and others to buy and lease luxury cars totaling more than $250,000, officials said Friday.

Guang Jin, 32, and his accomplices allegedly used his uncle’s identity to buy an Alfa Romeo Giulia and lease a 2019 Alfa Romeo Stelvio in March 2019 at a Westbury, LI, dealership. They rolled off the lot with both cars worth a combined $92,000, prosecutors said. Jin’s uncle died six months later.

In July 2019, the alleged car thief added to his fleet, buying a 2019 Ford Mustang for $52,000 at a Queens dealership using a driver’s license that belonged to another victim, according to the DA.

In June, he allegedly used yet another victim’s identity to lease a 2020 Lexus NX300.

“We are coming after con artists and crooks who run scams to enrich themselves at the expense of others,” said Queens DA Melinda Katz in a statement.

Jin of Flushing is charged in three separate complaints with grand larceny, identity theft, criminal possession of a forged instrument and other raps. He was released without bail after his arraignment Thursday.
