A Bronx man was busted this week for barging into a sleeping 73-year-old woman’s home, sexually assaulting her and robbing her, police said Tuesday.
The elderly victim was in bed at her home at Williamsbridge Road and Lydig Avenue in Morris Park around 9:30 p.m. Thursday when David Salas, 45, allegedly entered through an unlocked door, cops said.
The senior awoke to find the stranger on top of her, demanding money, police said.
The sicko touched the victim’s breasts and “proceeded to further sexually assault her,” cops said.

The victim did not report any injuries, police said.
Salas was arrested around 7:30 p.m. Monday and slapped with multiple charges: burglary, grand larceny, criminal trespass, sexual misconduct, forcible touching, menacing, sexual abuse and trespass, authorities said.
The bust came hours after cops released a close-up surveillance image of the suspect.
Salas has been arrested in the past for burglary, driving without a license and criminal possession of marijuana, cops said.
