A Brooklyn man has died more than a month after his apartment was set on fire, cops said Wednesday.

Brandon Hernandez, 21, was inside his Warren Street apartment, on the grounds of NYCHA’s Wyckoff Gardens development when the blaze broke out on the first floor around 12:20 p.m. Sept. 12, authorities said.

Hernandez — who was discovered unconscious and unresponsive — was rushed to Brooklyn Methodist Hospital.

He was pronounced dead there on Oct. 20.

Police said Wednesday that the fire was intentionally set and the incident has been deemed a homicide.

Authorities have not made any arrests or identified a suspect.
