A minivan plowed into four pedestrians — including two children — then sped off in Manhattan late Saturday night.

An 8-year-old boy had neck and ankle injuries and a 9-year-old had cuts on his head and leg after a car hit them and two other people near 183rd Street and Audobon Avenue, cops said.

Both kids were in stable condition at Columbia Presbyterian, according to police.

A 36-year-old woman who received severe head trauma and is listed in critical condition at Harlem hospital, police said.

A 28-year-old female fractured her leg in the accident, and is in stable condition at Harlem Hospital.

The driver was apparently driving a gray Caravan and fled in an unknown direction.
