A 79-year-old woman was struck and killed by a city bus as she crossed a Brooklyn street Thursday night, police said.

The woman was walking across Flatbush Avenue near Brooklyn College around 6:20 p.m. when she stepped in front of an MTA bus and was hit, according to the NYPD.

The bus was traveling northbound on Flatbush Avenue and struck into the woman as the vehicle was making a left onto Glenwood Road, cops said.
