A 30-year-old man is battling for his life after his SUV flipped over in Queens, police said.
The driver was speeding east on the Belt Parkway about 12:30 a.m. when he lost control of the wheel near the Lefferts Boulevard exit, an NYPD spokeswoman said.
An individual at the scene said the driver lost control of the SUV on the eastbound Nassau Expressway. The vehicle rolled over and landed on the eastbound lane of the Belt Parkway.

The driver was rushed to Jamaica Hospital with life-threatening injuries, including a broken neck and severe body trauma, according to the NYPD and first responders.
