A man was critically injured after he was struck by a bus in Midtown on Friday night, police said.

The 34-year-old pedestrian was struck by a charter bus at the intersection of 34th Street and 9th Avenue just before 10 p.m., cops said.

He was taken to Bellevue Hospital, where he was listed in critical condition, cops said.

The bus, operated by Long Island-based Coachman Luxury Transport, remained on the scene following the incident.
