A 79-year-old woman was killed in a hit-and-run in East Flatbush Saturday night.
The unnamed victim was walking past 5119 Church Ave. around 7:15 p.m. when a white Ford van slammed into her, police said.
Sources said she was crossing the street when she was struck.
The NYPD says a van struck the woman and sped off eastbound. Paul MartinkaShe was rushed to Brookdale Hospital, where she was pronounced dead.
The driver of the van did not stick around — police said the vehicle sped away eastbound on Church Avenue.
