A teenager was shot to death at a New York City Housing Authority complex in Brooklyn Tuesday evening, cops said.
Javel Lawton, 15, was found with a single gunshot wound to the torso around 9 p.m. outside building eight of the Bay View Houses in Canarsie.
He was rushed to Brookdale Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

Investigators were combing through surveillance video and trying to find witnesses, law enforcement sources said.
