A teen was fatally shot in his brother’s Queens home Thursday evening, cops said.
The 18-year-old was shot in the stomach inside the home on 74th Street near 31st Avenue in Jackson Heights just after 6:30 p.m., authorities said.
The victim walked into Elmhurst Hospital after getting there by “private transportation.” He was later pronounced dead, according to the NYPD.
The teen, whose name has not been released pending family notification, went to his brother’s place with a group of others to smoke marijuana, police said.
The 18-year-old man was shot in the stomach at 30-38 74th Street around 6:45 p.m. by the killer — who fleed the scene and is on the run. CityStreetsLivePolice were investigating Friday whether the shooting happened during a robbery.
The shooter was still on the loose Friday morning.
