The city’s “Vision Zero” ­pilot program to make cabbies and passengers safer will include technology to limit speed and engine revving, as well as cameras integrated with black boxes, officials said Thursday.

The Taxi and Limousine Commission will study dangerous driving behavior like speeding.

The TLC will also look at whether the new safety tools will ultimately save taxi owners money.
