Vivianna Wolpe was hit by the bus as she was crossing the street at the intersection of South Conduit Avenue and Rockaway Boulevard in Springfield Gardens at about 6 a.m. Nov. 17, according to the NYPD.

Wolpe, of Queens, suffered injuries to her torso and leg and was taken to Jamaica Hospital Medical Center for treatment before dying three weeks later.
