Don’t get caught on camera looking like a garbage person!
The city’s sanitation department warned folks Friday not to get busted in footage dumping trash illegally in a cheeky nod to a viral story about a two-timing tech tycoon caught allegedly having an affair on a “kiss cam” at a Coldplay concert.
“Cameras are EVERYWHERE! Don’t get caught doing something you *maybe* shouldn’t be doing,” the SDNY post declared in the Facebook post.

The post features an image of Astronomer CEO Andy Byron cuddling his head-of-HR mistress, Kristin Cabot, in embarrassing jumbotron footage — which exposed the alleged cheaters at the concert near Boston Wednesday night.
Next to it, the DNSY posted images of several people captured in surveillance camera footage dumping trash illegally, all of whom were hit with hefty fines.
Observers got a kick out of the post, with one user proclaiming, “That’s a criminal burn, brought to you by DSNY,” with a crying-laughing emoji.
It’s illegal to dump material or debris by vehicle on any street, lot, park, or public space within city limits — and culprits face fines of at least $4,000, according to DSNY spokeswoman Belinda Mager.

The two were caught on the jumbotron at a Coldplay concert. Kevin MazurThe trash tossers are also responsible for cleaning up the mess and risk having their vehicle impounded.
“Those who treat the city as their dumping ground should know that we have a network of roughly 300 cameras positioned in known hotspots to catch preparators,” Mager told The Post.
“Crooks who are dumping trash are on notice: If you dump on our neighborhoods, we will catch you, we will impound your vehicle, and you will pay.”
Last year, the city issued roughly 300 summonses for illegal dumping, and the DSNY often posts images of suspects on social media, Mager said.
On Wednesday, Byron and Cabot scrambled to hide their faces when they were broadcast on the kiss cam canoodling at Gillette Stadium during the show Wednesday night.
“Oh, what?” lead singer Chris Martin said, clearly confused. “Either they’re having an affair or they’re just very shy.”On Friday, Astronomer said in a statement that its “Board of Directors has initiated a formal investigation” into the alleged workplace affair and that the company would share more details “very shortly.”
