Out-of-state E-ZPass users will be stripped of an off-peak discount in the Garden State starting July 1 — which essentially amounts to a 34 percent toll hike.

The toll increases will apply to anyone with an

E-ZPass tag issued outside New Jersey — including Port Authority tags, which most New Yorkers have.

New Jersey Turnpike Authority brass unanimously voted to approve the plan yesterday.
