A police aide in The Bronx has died after contracting coronavirus — becoming the second civilian employee of the NYPD to die from the pandemic COVID-19, The Post has learned.

The unidentified woman worked as an administrative aide in the 49th Precinct, police sources said.

She was previously hospitalized but released and died Thursday at home, a source said. It was unclear if the aide had any pre-existing conditions.

On Thursday, a 62-year-old cleaner at 1 Police Plaza, Dennis Dickson, died from coronavirus complications, marking the first death due to the virus in the department.

The NYPD did not immediately respond for comment.
