A former cop who was canned for using his ex-girlfriend’s credit cards to send her unwanted gifts of porn, lingerie and sex toys is suing the NYPD to get his job back.

Mario Buonviaggio, of Staten Island, copped to sending his ex — a police sergeant — risqué items like a porn-magazine subscription and a blow-up doll in 2005, using her credit cards.

He was fired in January, a year shy of his planned retirement.

Buonviaggio, 42, said, “What’s happening is ridiculous. I worked hard for the city, and they fired me for nothing.”
