A Bronx man was busted after he aimed a high-powered spotlight at an NYPD helicopter, temporarily blinding the pilot and endangering the aircraft, cops said.

Joseph Purdon, 47, was busted after officers used the aircraft’s night-vision capabilities and infrared cameras to zero in on him.

The crew directed cops on the ground to an Edgewater Park home where they arrested Purdon and recovered a flashlight capable of generating 25-million candle power, said police.

He was charged with reckless endangerment and obstruction of governmental administration.
