A Manhattan man was busted with a loaded gun when police stopped him for riding an allegedly stolen Citi Bike on the sidewalk early Wednesday, police said.

“A friend gave me the bike. I am so stupid,” Ali Coulibaly told officers who stopped him in front of 575 8th Ave. in the Garment District, according to sources.

Cops first spotted Coulibaly, 24, just before 12:30 a.m. as he climbed onto an unsecured Citi Bike and rode southbound on the sidewalk, police sources said.

When they asked for his license and Citi Bike membership, that’s when he said his friend gave him the bike, sources said.

Cops placed Coulibaly under arrest and searched him — and found a loaded 9mm semi-automatic with eight rounds, police said.

Coulibaly was charged with criminal possession of stolen property, unlawful possession of marijuana and criminal possession of a firearm. He was also issued a summons for riding the bike on the sidewalk.
