This night vision footage shows the moment cops closed in on a trio of burglars cowering on a Brooklyn rooftop.

The men burgled the home of a 40-year-old man on Montauk Avenue near Hegeman Avenue about 11:30 p.m. Thursday, cops said.

Once the men ran off with $250, the victim called cops, providing a description of the suspects.

A chopper from the NYPD’s Aviation Unit was summoned to the scene and spotted the men near a chimney on the rooftop of a neighboring building, police said.

The trio tossed the dough, a handgun and a magazine clip down the chimney – all of which were later recovered.

Cops identified the trio as Barry Jenkins, 40, Larry Shaw, 27, and 29-year-old Carlton Murray.

They were charged with robbery and criminal possession of a weapon.
