An NYPD officer was arrested on Wednesday for allegedly harassing his ex-girlfriend via text messages, police said.

Raymond Pena, who has been with the department since 2016, was taken into custody just after 7 p.m. at the 41st precinct in the Bronx, cops said.

The 29-year-old cop was charged with aggravated harassment and suspended without pay, police said.
