An off-duty NYPD cop was arrested Tuesday for allegedly attacking his girlfriend, police said.

Leonard Swanson, 46, was busted in Harlem just after midnight and charged with strangulation and assault, according to the NYPD.

The transit cop has been suspended without pay, according to police.

Swanson joined the force in 2014, according to city payroll records.
