The NYPD cop accused of plotting a hit on her estranged husband and her boyfriend’s teen daughter “refused” to leave jail and go to matrimonial court Friday, Nassau County sheriff’s officials told her judge.

Valerie Cincinelli had been scheduled to continue her fight for jail-to-home phone calls with the 5-year-old son she shares with her would-be alleged victim.

Her lawyer countered that Cincinelli was a no-show only because jailers had mistakenly told her the court date was canceled.
